Childlike yet mature, that's how producer Mana (formerly of visual-kei rock band Malice Mizer) describes his latest protégé Kanon Wakeshima. This 19-year-old has played cello since she was three, and you can hear that dramatic classical influence in her current J-Pop tunes. Her latest single "Suna no Oshiro," is the theme song for the Japanese TV anime Vampire Knight.
