Musical and visual performance duo Himawari got its start in New York City but has since moved its base to Tokyo. Lena (singer) and Takeshi Ichikawa (music/programming) use computer-generated images with live and recorded music to convey their own unique sound, which manages to be beat based and free flowing at the same time.
