We'll take credit for the good call last year when we nominated Bespa Kumamero in our Best Rising Star group. This fashionable pair has since toured the world, bringing their dynamic brand of electronica to the United States, Mexico, and even Moscow in 2008. Full appreciation of this duo comes after witnessing their unique style and stage performance in person.
